Why I Created This Work

After 15 years of teaching art, I realized that the most meaningful part of creativity wasn’t simply making things — it was learning how to navigate uncertainty, organize complexity, and develop trust in the creative process itself.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in the relationship between creativity, reflection, systems thinking, and intentional living.

Constructive Creativity™ grew out of that exploration.

What began as a framework for helping students move through creative overwhelm gradually evolved into a broader philosophy for approaching creativity, problem-solving, and personal growth with greater clarity and intention.

Today, I use this process in my own life as an artist, educator, homesteader, and multidimensional thinker — and I now guide others through that same journey toward clarity, intentional practice, and meaningful growth.
