CASE STUDY
At 360 Health Management, the work began by reviewing existing onboarding, training, and workplace resources. The goal was to identify useful improvements before creating more content.
The review covered 17 instructional and performance-support assets, from onboarding and induction materials to training manuals, checklists, and workplace references.
The materials already reflected real Support Coordinator responsibilities. The review identified opportunities to clarify the learning sequence, strengthen practice and competency checks, and improve consistency.
Useful content could be retained and improved. Priorities focused on a clearer learner journey and stronger practice, while avoiding extra resources that duplicated existing material.
The findings informed targeted work on learning objectives, training manuals, assessment, learner journeys, competency checks, and workplace support resources.
