Hi, I'm Casey.

I'm a learning systems architect, instructional designer, educator, artist, and the founder of Constructive Creativity™.

For more than 15 years, I've designed learning experiences that help people navigate complexity, build capability, and create meaningful change. My work spans K–12 education, professional learning, curriculum design, instructional systems, and organizational learning.

Throughout my career, I noticed a common challenge across classrooms, organizations, and creative practice. People rarely struggle because they lack intelligence or ideas. More often, they struggle because knowledge is fragmented, systems are disconnected, and complexity obscures the path forward.

That realization became the foundation of Constructive Creativity™.

Today, Constructive Creativity™ brings together learning systems architecture, instructional design, learning strategy, and creative practice through a shared philosophy: thoughtfully designed systems create the conditions where curiosity becomes understanding, knowledge becomes capability, and improvement becomes continuous.
