HOW I GOT HERE

Teaching is a craft of its own.

More than 15 years in education have shown me how much thoughtful teaching matters. Knowing a subject and helping someone else learn it call for different kinds of planning. Learners need clear goals, useful examples, time to practice, and feedback. Constructive Creativity™ brings that teaching perspective to people ready to share the skills and knowledge they have developed.

I look at who you will teach, what they already know, and what you want them to be able to do. Then we connect the Learning Target, instructions, examples, practice, and reflection into a manageable plan. My fine art background shapes how I observe, explore possibilities, make intentional choices, and revise. I bring those habits to lessons, workshops, courses, and workplace training.
