Hi, I’m Casey — artist, educator, and founder of Constructive Creativity™.

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked as an educator across elementary, middle, and high school settings, helping students navigate creativity, problem solving, growth, and the uncertainty that often accompanies the creative process. I’ve also served as a mentor teacher, supporting fellow educators through reflection, collaboration, and instructional development. Through these experiences, I began noticing patterns that extended far beyond the classroom: many people struggle not because they lack ideas or ability, but because they feel overwhelmed by complexity, pulled in multiple directions, or uncertain about how to move forward.

Over time, I developed the Constructive Creativity Process™ — a reflective framework built around Explore → Plan → Create → Reflect → Connect. Originally developed through classroom practice and real-world problem solving, the process helps organize ideas, recognize patterns, reduce overwhelm, and uncover meaningful next steps.

My work combines:
